Untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common form of aggressive follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) and the objective of first-line treatment is to achieve a cure. Eight cycles of MabThera plus chemotherapy is the gold standard treatment for DLBCL, having been shown to significantly improve event-free survival (EFS), OS and ultimately cure rate.1-4
